This wireless weather station provides comprehensive environmental monitoring with a transmission range of up to 300 feet in open ground at a frequency of 433.92MHz. The system tracks indoor temperatures from 0°C to 60°C and outdoor temperatures from -40°C to 60°C with ±1°C accuracy. It also monitors humidity levels between 10% and 99% with a ±5% margin of error.
Advanced meteorological data includes wind speed measurements from 0 to 50 m/s (0-112 mph) and full 0-360° wind direction. Wind speed accuracy is ±3 m/s for speeds up to 10 m/s and ±10% for higher speeds. The unit also calculates wind chill and dew point. The integrated rain gauge measures up to 9999mm (0-396 inches) with a resolution of 0.3mm for volumes under 1000mm and 1mm thereafter. Rainfall accuracy is ±1 mm for totals below 15 mm and ±7% for higher volumes.
Additional sensors monitor UV index (1 to 15+) and sunlight intensity up to 200,000 Lux (±15% accuracy). The station features a barometric pressure sensor (300 to 1100hpa / 8.85-32.5inHg) with ±3hpa accuracy to provide weather forecasts and moon phase data.
The device includes a bright, color-changing backlit display, an alarm clock with a calendar, and high/low alarm settings for various parameters. Data is updated every 16 seconds. The outdoor transmitter is solar-powered and requires 3x AA batteries, while the indoor receiver operates on 3x AAA batteries (batteries not included).
