Description

Construction of the complex:

  • The complex consists of an assembly table and additional sets of elements located on the assembly field.
  • Assembly table made of a steel profile, with a built-in worktop and a drawer for storing work tools.
  • Above the work surface is a built-in electrical module and a frame made of an aluminum profile with a perforated mounting panel installed on it.

Features of the built-in electrical module:

  • Protected sockets:
    • Power supply 1 ~ 220 V, 50 Hz, 3 A – 2 pcs.
    • Power supply 1 ~ 36 V, 50 Hz, 3 A – 2 pcs.
    • Power supply 1 ~ 12 V, 50 Hz, 3 A – 2 pcs.
  • Regulated power source 2 … +30 V, 3 A – 1 pc.
  • Alternating current (AC) voltmeter 0-250 V – 1 pc.
  • Alternating current (AC) ammeter 0-2 A – 1 pc.
  • The diameter of the connected forced exhaust hole is 100 mm.
  • Upon agreement with the customer, the built-in electrical module can contain additional safety devices, power sources and measuring devices.

Perforated mounting panel:

  • Size: 550×1000 mm.
  • The panel is made of galvanized steel with elongated perforated holes of 5×40 mm size, which allow repeated attachment and removal of electrical installation products for installation training.

Technical characteristics of the NTC-08.47.1 power supply unit:

  • Power: 3~ 380/220 V, 50 Hz.
  • Power consumption, kW: no more than 2.
