Laboratory Stand “Fuel Injection System Sensor Actuator”

SKU LLS-EE-5700 Categories ,

Provides practical training on fuel injection systems, focusing on sensor and actuator operations. Essential for learning about modern fuel management systems.

Description

1. Overview

The basic structure bench features a blasting metal spray panel and an aluminum chassis, divided into two parts: upper and lower.

Upper:

  • Bosch Motronic3, 8.2 EFI systems, equipped with the original vehicle ECU, ignition system, injection system, and a computer with the original vehicle anti-theft ignition switch.
  • OBD computer-based diagnostic blocks and electronic control system circuit.
  • Equipped with a digital speed/frequency table, injector pulse width tables, intake manifold vacuum gauge, and fuel pressure gauge.

Lower:

  • Comprises six modules:
    1. Laboratory bench power supply system
    2. Sensors, actuators analog signal generator
    3. Speed and position sensor test unit class
    4. Gas flow rate and pressure sensor test unit
    5. Temperature sensor test unit class
    6. Oxygen sensor and knock sensor test unit

2. Experiment content:

  1. Oxygen sensor performance test and detection
  2. Knock sensor performance test and detection
  3. Temperature sensor performance test and test categories
  4. Intake air flow sensor performance test and detection
  5. Inlet air pressure sensor performance test and detection
  6. Crankshaft position sensor performance test and detection
  7. Hall sensor performance test and testing phase
  8. All kinds of ignition coil and electronic ignition module performance test and detection

  12. Fuel pressure regulator function tests
  13. Fuel pump function test and inspection
  14. AJR engine ECV function tests and testing
  15. Carbon tank solenoid valve function tests and testing

3. Features

  1. Each unit can be run separately.
  2. Throttle signal directly controls the drive motor.
  3. Signal generator outputs can directly drive actuators.
  4. Fuel injection pulse width table (real-time signal).
  5. Tachometer and frequency meter precision with decimal floating-point control, basically error-free.
  6. Knock sensors have synchronized LED displays.
  7. Oxygen sensor can be individually tested to simulate exhaust oxygen conditions.

4. Process requirements

  • Equipped with a fault simulation system to facilitate students’ examinations.
  • Beautiful bench surface treated with plastic spray.
  • Movable device with universal caster wheels for convenient teaching.
