Description

Overview

  • Working voltage: 12V
  • Power supply: 220V with standard configuration leakage protector
  • Frequency: 50/60Hz
  • Car type: Santana 2000
  • Demonstrator Dimensions: 1200×1100×200 mm (L×W×T)
  • Rack Specifications: 1200×500×700 mm (L×W×H) (standard configuration table)

The whole rack uses an international standard square tube with 40×40×2mm thickness and angle iron with seamless welding. The surface is treated with high-temperature spray after polishing, making it anticorrosive, anti-aging, and fade-resistant. The bottom of the rack is equipped with universal self-locking casters for convenient movement during teaching.

The control panel is made of pure aluminum, painted with color, and features an intuitive power seat working schematic consistent with the original vehicle control system.

  1. The training bench is based on center control and physical anti-theft, designed for higher vocational colleges and training institutions to teach car power window center control locking system configuration and maintenance. It meets teaching needs for the structure, working principle, fault setting, and diagnosing of center control anti-theft electric control power window systems.
  2. Real car systems can fully display the composition and structure of car rearview mirror systems, central door locking systems, power window systems, and anti-theft systems.
  3. The panel schematic uses pure aluminum etching color spray coating process, and components are cut using CNC plasma cutting, making the schematics beautiful, durable, and non-fading. It is equipped with detection terminals for various instruments to detect the signal parameters of sensors and actuators, such as voltage, resistance, and frequency.
  4. Students can intuitively contrast the circuit diagram with the object to understand and analyze the working principles of automotive rearview mirror systems, central door locking systems, and electric window systems.
