Description
The LABOTRIX GLASSWARE C2 is a set of laboratory glassware and equipment for practical and laboratory work in chemistry at educational institutions. It is intended for studying the basic chemical phenomena, the properties of substances, reactions and processes covered by the school chemistry curriculum, and is used by students under the guidance of a teacher during experiments in organic and inorganic chemistry, including work with acids, bases, salts and other reagents. The recommended age of learners is 10 years and above, that is grade 5 and older.
The set combines 45 items: laboratory glassware made of heat-resistant and chemically resistant glass, metal and plastic auxiliary equipment, an electronic balance for weighing reagents, and tools for safely running experiments and for filtration. The measuring cylinder with a spout holds 50 ml, tall laboratory beakers hold 50 ml and 100 ml, the low beaker holds 100 ml, the flat-bottom heat-resistant flask holds 50 ml, the graduated conical flask holds 250 ml, and the ground-joint conical flasks hold 50 ml and 100 ml. Test tubes with flared rims measure d16 × h50 mm, the heat-resistant funnel measures d60 × h110 mm, glass stirring rods are 200 mm long, Pasteur pipettes hold 3 ml, and the plastic test tube rack carries 10 holes of 18 mm diameter. Filter paper is 90 mm in diameter, and the electronic balance has a 200 g weighing capacity with 0.1 g resolution. Marking and operating documentation are in Ukrainian, the product is marked with the trade mark, the model and a place for an inventory number, the service life is 5 years and the warranty period is 12 months.

Reagents for the experiments are purchased separately.
Access to a digital teaching support course hosted in a learning management system is transferred together with the product, with 70 academic hours of material written to the current curricula of general secondary education in Ukraine. The materials are grouped into research modules in the subjects of physics, biology, chemistry and STEM, and every topic carries a lesson plan, a list of the equipment required, a scenario for running the experiment, a step-by-step laboratory instruction explaining the expected result, a video demonstration of working techniques, and interactive exercises and assignments for independent study, suitable both for individual and for group work. All modules were compiled for this same equipment and verified on it, so the course runs along a direct chain from the equipment to the method to the learning outcomes.
The kit includes an AI assistant built into the learning management system on retrieval-augmented generation. It selects research tasks and experiments matching the topic of the lesson, describes the procedure of the experiment step by step, identifies typical student errors and gives personalised recommendations for correcting them, adapts task difficulty to different levels of student preparation, supports students in compiling reports on research results and in structuring the conclusions drawn from experiments, and works on a localised knowledge base aligned with the national curriculum of Ukraine. The licence for the course and the software is valid for 12 months; content, interface and learning materials are in Ukrainian. An account is issued by the educational institution and the licence term is counted from the date access is transferred; working with the course develops attention, logical and imaginative thinking and creative ability, while shared research assignments build the habit of cooperation.
The set is operated by a chemistry teacher or a laboratory assistant who has been instructed in occupational safety for work with chemical substances and heating equipment, and students work with it only under the supervision of a teacher, in a laboratory or a well-ventilated room. Safety goggles are worn when handling glassware and during heating, gloves are worn with aggressive and corrosive substances, glassware with cracks or chips is withdrawn from use, vessels with a sealed stopper are never heated, and the spirit lamp is extinguished with its cap and never with water. After each experiment the glassware is washed with hot water and a brush, glass is dried with lint-free cloth and metal parts are wiped dry at once to prevent rust. Every item is fixed in its own socket in the lodgement and stored in the box at the student workstation or in the laboratory assistant’s room, in a dry closed space at a temperature from +5 to +40 °C and relative humidity of 80 % without condensation.
