On the panel of the stand there are:
- Pressure gauges that measure the pressure in the working cylinders and both chambers of the main cylinder
- A vacuum gauge that measures the vacuum in the vacuum chamber of the amplifier
- A dynamometer that measures the force on the brake pedal, which is formed by a special loading mechanism
On the panel of the stand there are also wheel rotation speed sensors, located near two modulating pulleys, for one of which the rotation speed can be set, and for the other – the degree of slippage relative to the first. With the help of switches on the panel for each of the input channels of the ABS unit, you can select a sensor installed near the first or second pulley, thereby setting the slippage of one or another wheel. On the diagram of the brake system, located in the central part of the panel, you can view the status of each valve of the ABS hydraulic unit and the electric motor of the rotary pump. The stand is equipped with a diagnostic pad for connecting a diagnostic scanner.
Attached to the stand are:
- A set of methodical and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff
List of performed works:
- Study of the schematic diagram of the car’s hydraulic braking system.
- Study of the principle of operation of the main brake cylinder. Operating characteristics of the master brake cylinder.

1. Product Introduction
The automobile ABS brake system teaching board is made of the actual ABS brake system, which fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the ABS brake system. It is suitable for the teaching needs of schools for the theory and maintenance training of the ABS brake system.
2. Functional characteristics
- A real and operable ABS brake system fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the ABS brake system. It can operate and control various switches to demonstrate the working process of the dynamic ABS brake electronic control system (solenoid valve working conditions, etc.).
- The teaching board panel is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic plate that is resistant to impact, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with a color circuit diagram and a working principle diagram that never fades; students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the actual object to understand and analyze the working principle of the dynamic transmission electronic control system.
- The teaching board panel is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit components of the ABS brake system on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
- The equipment is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or universal car decoder to perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams on the ABS brake system.
- The panel part of the equipment adopts a 1.5mm cold plate stamping structure with a beautiful appearance; the chassis part adopts steel structure welding, the surface is treated with a spraying process, with a self-locking caster device, and a desktop on the base of the teaching board is convenient for placing materials, testing instruments, etc.
- The equipment uses an ordinary 220V AC power supply, which is converted into a 12V DC power supply through internal circuit transformation and rectification. No battery is required, which reduces the trouble of charging. The 12V DC power supply has an anti-short circuit function.
