Laboratory Stand “FSI Injection System”
$2,520.00
This stand provides hands-on experience with the Fuel Stratified Injection (FSI) system used in modern vehicles. It allows users to study the components and operation of direct fuel injection technology.
Product Introduction
The equipment uses real parts of the Volkswagen Passat 1.8T engine electronic control system to fully demonstrate the composition structure and working process of the engine electronic control system.
Functional characteristics
- The real and operable engine electronic control system simulates the operation of the engine crankshaft, can generate the work of the actuators such as spark plug ignition, fuel pump operation, and injector injection, and fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the engine electronic control system.
- The teaching board panel uses a 4mm thick aluminum-plastic plate, and the panel is printed with a never-fading color circuit diagram and working principle diagram. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the real object to understand and analyze the working principle of the engine electronic control system.
- The teaching board panel is equipped with a banana-type connector, which can detect the electrical signals of the circuit components, sensors, and actuators of the engine electronic control system, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, and waveform signals.
- The teaching board panel is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or universal car decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, and other engine electronic control system self-diagnosis functions.
- Capable of monitoring the operation and operation changes of the fuel supply system, the amount of fuel injected, the injection quality, and the low-pressure oil pump. The low-pressure oil pump is integrated in the translucent oil tank, so its operation is visible.
- Equipped with an air flow meter, a voltmeter can be used to demonstrate the air flow meter operation and air temperature sensor operation.
- Manual adjustment of the crankshaft speed.
- Four fuel injector indicator lights to show whether fuel is injected. Spark plug operation is visible.
- Display the changes of the parameters of the following components:
- Oxygen sensor signal simulation
- Water temperature sensor simulation
- Boost pressure sensor simulation
- The oxygen sensor signal or air-fuel ratio data can be obtained through the panel terminal through an oscilloscope or scanner, and fuel can be put on the oxygen sensor, and then the data changes can be read using the tool
- Air flow meter simulation (read the changes by connecting the diagnostic equipment)
- Ability to set more than twenty faults by disconnecting the “banana” type connector.
- The panel has a built-in voltmeter with a TFT / LCD screen that displays the voltage of the following systems:
- Air flow meter
- Accelerator pedal position control I
- Accelerator pedal position control II
- Fuel pressure sensor
- Throttle potentiometer I
- Throttle potentiometer II
- Air flow meter
- Water temperature sensor
- Exhaust gas recirculation solenoid valve
- The frame is “closed” and the internal wiring is not visible. The instrument panel and the measurement and fault simulation board are integrated in the closed aluminum frame.
- Steel base with self-locking casters.
- The teaching board works with ordinary 220V AC power, which is converted into 12V DC power by internal circuit transformation and rectification.
- The decoder can realize the following functions:
- Enable self-diagnosis function (on-board diagnosis)
- 16-pin diagnostic socket OBD II
- Control module identification
- Read/clear diagnostic fault codes
- Real-time transmission and display of system operating parameters
- Throttle adjustment
- Actuator activation (depending on control unit)
- Encoding/control module configuration
