1. Product Introduction
The automobile ABS system training platform is based on the automobile ABS braking system and is equipped with an ABS system working principle diagram to truly demonstrate the working process of the ABS system during emergency braking. It meets the teaching functions of the structural composition and action demonstration of the ABS braking system. It is suitable for the teaching needs of the theoretical teaching of the automobile ABS braking system and the practical training of detection and maintenance. This automobile ABS system training platform meets the teaching needs of “five docking and ten connections” of automobile vocational education.
2. Functional characteristics
- Based on the real automobile ABS braking system, the composition structure of the ABS braking system is fully demonstrated.
- The front and rear axles are driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor to rotate, simulating the driving of the car. When the brake pedal is urgently stepped on, the ABS system starts to work, the front and rear brake discs keep rotating slightly, and the brake pedal can feel the continuous bounce of the foot, which truly demonstrates the working process of the automobile ABS system.
- The panel of the training platform is painted with a color UV flat-panel printed circuit diagram and a hydraulic pipeline diagram. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram and the ABS braking system to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
- The panel of the training table is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor and control unit on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc.
- The training table is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic changes of the master brake cylinder and four brake cylinders in real time.
- The panel of the training table is equipped with a fault indicator light and a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal vehicle decoder to perform self-diagnosis functions such as ECU code query, fault code reading, fault code clearing, data flow reading, actuator testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis, etc. on the ABS electronic control system.
