1.1 Overview This equipment has an open-type structure, with a car platform sill that features a double door design. Its transparent design allows clear observation of the internal structure of the elevator, enabling hands-on activities that help students thoroughly understand and master the basic structure and movement principles of elevators. It resolves issues related to solely theoretical teaching, providing a safer alternative to visiting original elevators where comprehensive understanding of the internal structure and operational process may be challenging.
The design of this training equipment is reasonable and adheres to international dimensions. It can be used for training students in electric skills, installation technology, fault analysis, and also for skills operation training and project design of subject experiments, covering basic, professional, and integrated skills in electrical and other relevant fields.
1.2 Characteristics
- Adopts an industrial aluminum framework, with a transparent structure design and an open-type interface, consisting of original elevator components. It is equipped with heavy-duty universal wheels with brakes for easy movement.
- The mechanical structure and system form are similar to those of an actual elevator, allowing simulation experiments that mimic real elevator actions, providing students with a realistic operational experience.
- The auto-door switch uses a geared motor, allowing students to master the functional characteristics of each component, contributing to a systematic understanding.
- Provides detection signals, control actuators, and display devices for modern elevator control functions. Detection signals include outbound signals, internal select signals, flat bed signals, location detection signals, car platform sill door open and close location signals, car platform sill anti-pinch protection signals, up/down limit protection signals, etc. The elevator car platform sill can move up and down, and the door has protective functions for switching and limiting. It also displays floor level, moving direction, and responds to outbound/internal select signals for each floor location.
- Electrical control consists of Siemens S7-200 PLC, Siemens transducer, constant magnetism low-speed synchronous motor, decoder, and other related components.

3. Product content This elevator adopts a transparent open-type structure, including machine room portion, shaftway portion, hallway portion, car platform sill portion, landing door portion, and frame portion.
1. Machine room portion
- Includes traction motor, limit switch, control signal terminal, and power supply terminals, etc.
2. Shaftway portion
- Includes guide rail, counterweight device, limit switch, bumper, synchronous belt suspension and tensioning device, traveling cable, etc.
3. Hallway portion
- Includes hallway external call button and display block for floor display and elevator operation direction.
4. Car platform sill portion
- Includes car platform sill, landing door mechanism, guiding orientation mechanism, internal select button, display block for floor and direction, car platform sill illumination, and ventilation device, etc.
5. Landing door portion
- Each floor is equipped with double landing doors, with link gear between the car platform sill door and the landing door, using one driving mechanism.
6. Frame portion
- Made of aluminum profile frame, with left and right transparency organic glass. It has two fixed forms of idler wheel and foot margin.
