1. Product Introduction
The electronically controlled gasoline engine operation training platform is composed of two parts: a fixed stand for the electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly and operating accessories and a running detection control panel stand. The engine can be operated in normal working conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating, and truly demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the electronically controlled gasoline engine. It is suitable for the teaching needs of secondary and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions for automobile engine and maintenance training.
2. Functional characteristics
- A real and operable electronically controlled gasoline engine fully demonstrates the composition structure and working process of the electronically controlled gasoline engine. The engine can be operated in normal working conditions such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating.
- The training platform is composed of two parts: a fixed stand for the engine assembly and operating accessories and a running detection control panel stand.
- The panel of the training table is painted with a color UV flat-panel printed circuit diagram. Trainees can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system; the panel is made of 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic plate that is resistant to corrosion, impact, pollution, fire, and moisture, and the surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that never fades.
- The panel of the training table is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of various sensors, actuators, and engine control units on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
- The base in front of the equipment detection panel is equipped with a table for convenient placement of materials, detection instruments, etc.
- The panel of the training table is equipped with automobile instruments, fuel pressure gauges, and vacuum pressure gauges, which can display the changes of parameters such as engine speed in real time.
- The training table is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or universal automobile decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams, and other self-diagnostic functions for the engine electronic control system.
- The training table is equipped with a main power switch and protective protection device.
- The base of the training platform is welded with steel structure, and circular hand guards are welded in the front/both sides. The surface is treated with spraying technology and equipped with self-locking casters, which are flexible to move, safe, reliable, sturdy and durable.
