1. Product Introduction
The electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine training platform is based on the common rail electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine. It can perform practical operations such as starting, accelerating, and decelerating the engine, and truly demonstrate the composition structure and working process of the electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine. It is suitable for the teaching needs of schools for electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engines and maintenance training.
2. Functional characteristics
- A real and operable electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine (acceleration/deceleration/idling conditions are normal), fully demonstrating the composition structure and working process of the electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine.
- The panel of the training platform adopts a 4mm thick high-grade aluminum-plastic plate that is resistant to corrosion, impact, pollution, fire, and moisture, and the surface is treated with a special process of spraying primer; the panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that never fades; students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual electronically controlled high-pressure common rail diesel engine to understand and analyze the working principle of the control system.
- The panel of the training platform is equipped with detection terminals, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of various sensors, actuators, and engine control units on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc.
- The panel of the training platform is equipped with automobile instruments, which can display the changes of parameters such as engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure light, charging indicator light, and electronic control system fault indicator light in real time.
- The training platform is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a special or universal automobile decoder to perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes, and reading data streams on the engine electronic control system.
- The training platform is equipped with a throttle control device, which can facilitate the acceleration and deceleration of the engine.
- The training platform is equipped with installation protection devices such as the main power switch, water tank protective cover, and flywheel protective cover.
- The base in front of the equipment detection panel is equipped with a table for convenient placement of materials, detection instruments, etc.
- The base of the training platform is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with spraying technology. A circular hand guard is welded in the front/both sides with a self-locking caster device, which is flexible to move, safe, reliable, sturdy and durable.
