Product Description
The training platform is designed to demonstrate the structure and operation of a real ABS braking system. It provides comprehensive training on the cognition, operation, and diagnostics of the ABS anti-lock braking system. The platform includes all essential components of the ABS system, such as the electronic control unit, wheel speed sensors, brake pedal assembly, vacuum assist package, front and rear brake discs, brake cylinders, master brake cylinder, reservoir, brake pads, brake pipelines, vacuum pump, and related connectors.
Functional Features
- Comprehensive Training
- Provides training on the cognition of the ABS anti-lock braking system, reading and analyzing the working circuit of the ABS electronic control system, using common ABS detection and diagnostic instruments, detecting faults in various electrical components of ABS, and diagnosing various comprehensive faults of ABS.
- Dynamic Simulation
- Equipped with a high-power drive motor that operates the front and rear brake discs. A frequency converter adjusts the speed to simulate both high and low-speed driving conditions.
- ABS Anti-Lock Demonstration
- When the motor drives the brake disc at high speed, stepping on the brake pedal activates the ABS electronic control unit to monitor wheel slip conditions and initiate anti-lock control on wheels that are about to lock up. The drive motor includes an overload protection device.
- Robust Construction
- The movable platform is made of galvanized square tubes, ensuring sturdiness and stability. The double-layer base frame structure enhances durability. Transparent organic glass covers the front and rear brake discs, protecting students while allowing observation of the mechanical braking process.
- Ergonomic Design
- The front-tilted control and detection platform adheres to ergonomic principles, making it easier for teachers and students to detect electrical signals. The platform is made of 1.5mm cold-pressed steel plates, environmentally friendly, oil-resistant, and corrosion-resistant after high-temperature spraying.
- Interactive Panel
- The control and testing platform panel is made of durable aluminum-plastic material, featuring a color-coded circuit diagram sprayed onto the surface. Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with real components to understand and analyze the working principles of the ABS/ESP system. Detection terminals allow direct measurement of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency.
- Additional Instruments
- The stand panel includes pressure gauges, vacuum gauge, dynamometer, wheel speed sensors, brake system diagram, and a diagnostic panel for connecting a diagnostic scanner.
