i. About The Product
It adopts the hybrid power system and includes a cutaway of its internal structure. To demonstrate the hybrid power vehicle energy control strategy, the control panel is installed with LED lights to dynamically simulate energy flow direction among the hybrid power system and the running status of the gasoline engine, MG1, MG2, and HV battery during starting, driving at low speed, normal speed, full speed, reduced speed, and stopping of the hybrid power vehicle.

- Complete and original hybrid power system.
- The engine, MG1, and MG2 are driven by two electric motors to demonstrate the working process of the main components in the hybrid power system.
- Front drive axle, front wheels, and disc brakes are installed; these components can operate like the real vehicle.
- A control panel is equipped to control the different working status of the engine, motors, and generator. The panel can show the energy flow direction between the engine, motor, generator, and battery, and their working status at different driving conditions in real-time.
- Four cylinders are installed with LED lights to simulate the working process of four strokes.
- Cutaways are done on main components to check the inside structure.
- Check the operation process of engine pistons, valves, crank, hybrid transmission, and others.
- The surface of cutaway components is painted in different colors.
- An electric leakage protection switch is installed for safety consideration.
- An emergency stop switch is installed for safety consideration.
