1.1 Overview This training device includes a variety of types of induction motors and industrial control components. Through the relevant experiments, students can familiarize themselves with the operation characteristics of AC and DC motors, master their control principles and control modes, and gain the corresponding knowledge and technical skills. It is widely applied in higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools, and vocational school-related professional teaching and technical skills training programs and examinations.
1.2 Features
- The actual training platform adopts an aluminum profile frame structure with universal wheels at the bottom, allowing it to move flexibly. The measuring instruments and actual training power sources are integrated and installed, making it easy to use and not easily damaged.
- The motor is fully equipped and can be used in combination to complete a variety of training contents.

3. Product composition
3.1 Power control screen The power control panel adopts an aluminum alloy profile panel, closed box body structure, and the lower shelf is connected to one.
3.2 Training bench The actual training table is supported by aluminum profile columns, with flexible bottom wheels that can be moved and positioned flexibly. The tabletop uses a high-density base plate of 25mm thickness, with a high-temperature and high-pressure fire prevention board surface treatment. It includes three guide-type drawers and two sliding door-type bottom cabinets, making the structure firm, beautiful, and generous.
3.3 Power control screen configuration
- The input of the three-phase five-wire power supply is controlled by a leakage circuit breaker. It has an emergency stop control button, and in case of an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button will cut off the power supply.
- Equipped with power indicators, power output sockets, and secure type power supply terminals.

Power supply box, AC 1ph & 3ph and DC outputs:

The box must be protected by a differential circuit breaker with high sensitivity, emergency push button, and key switch. It should also be protected against DC motor run-away by general cut-off. A synoptic in front illustrates the cabling drawing and light indicators which indicate voltage presence.

- Machines must have the same shaft height, with didactic connection boxes having synoptic with connection schema.
- Brake to simulate mechanic loads, adequate speed and power for the motors, the brake allows to calculate the couple by one method.
- Board for parallel mounting of a 3ph alternator with the industrial network. The board is equipped with safety sockets and an inverter to verify frequency and voltage equality (alternator side and network side). Equipped with light indicator, to verify phases correspondence and a switch to latch in case of all confirmed conditions.
- Digital measuring module of electrical parameters, DC and AC current and voltage, single and 3ph power. The module must be protected against overload and allow resetting values to zero.
- Digital tachymeter up to 10000 rpm provided with connection cables, allows measuring speed by contact or without contact using sensor.
- Set of couplings with protection accessories.
- Frames for easy mounting of the machines. Each frame allows installing two machines, and should be equipped with vibration-proof rubber supports.
