I. Product overview
The training device is used for the further study of common refrigeration compression cycles. The condenser and evaporator fan are equipped with eight pieces of transparent pipe and a fan with adjustable speed, allowing direct observation of the condensation and evaporation process of refrigerant in the system. It demonstrates the refrigeration change of four kinds of refrigerants under different throttling devices and the heat transfer effect of the condenser and evaporator through the change in fan speed under different refrigerant conditions.
II. Product features
- The training bench is constructed with an aluminum frame and cabinet structure, making it concise and fast, reducing the overall weight of the equipment while ensuring its strength. It is equipped with 4 universal casters on its bottom for easy movement.
- The refrigeration circulation pipeline is laid on the installation panel, painted with different colors for high and low-temperature areas, which makes it easy for observation and distinction.
- The equipment has a good safety protection system. It is equipped with a high-low pressure protection switch in the refrigerating cycle. When the system pressure is abnormal, the compressor stops working immediately to protect the compressor and the system. It is also equipped with an earth leakage circuit breaker, an emergency stop, and reliable ground protection in the electrical circuit to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
