Product Description

The Automotive Engine Training Platform is designed for practical teaching of the construction, operation, and maintenance of electronic control gasoline engines. Based on the physical engine, the platform consists of two main parts the main platform and the control/testing panel. It provides comprehensive training on gasoline engine structure, working principles, fault setting, and diagnosis.

Functional Features

  1. Dynamic Operation Function
    • The training platform is equipped with various auxiliary control systems, complete and effective sensors and actuators. The engine runs normally, allowing for experiments under different operating conditions (cold idle, hot idle, slow acceleration, slow deceleration, normal acceleration, normal deceleration, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, etc.).
  2. Real-Time Display Function
    • Equipped with a combination instrument, digital voltmeter, and high-brightness LED lights to display the operating frequency of the fuel injector in real time. Provides real-time information about engine status.
  3. Robust Construction
    • The movable platform is made of galvanized profiles, ensuring strong resistance to oil, scratches, and corrosion. Plastic spraying enhances durability. Dual-structure base with silent casters ensures ease of movement and reduces damage to the ground.
  4. Interactive Control Panel
    • The front-tilted control/testing panel features a color scheme that maintains saturation due to special surface treatment. A color UV-printed circuit board allows students to compare the circuit with actual engine components for better understanding of the control system. Detection terminals enable direct measurement of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency.
