The training and laboratory stand provides for the performance of one additional laboratory work, in which general tests of the hydraulic booster are carried out (with simulation of the turning resistance of the steered wheels). On the frame structure of the stand, made in the form of a one-sided base with a table, the Hydropanel and the electrical measurement and control panel are located. The hydraulic schematic diagram of the stand is located on the electrical measurement and control panel. Hydraulic equipment and devices are installed on the table, hydropanel and side surface of the stand. On the hydraulic panel, there are structural diagrams of the hydraulic booster devices under study. The MAZ-64229 type hydraulic booster devices are being tested at the stand (other types of hydraulic boosters can be installed on the stand at the request of the customer). The hydrostation included in the delivery set is made as a separate module.

The stand has a non-rigid configuration. Requirements for the system of the studied subsystem are collected with the help of elastic pipelines with quick-disconnecting connections (QKH). The information and measurement system of the stand allows you to register pressure, flow, temperature, and time. Five microprocessor pressure sensors and one manometer, two integrating type flowmeters (speed and volume), and an electronic stopwatch are installed on the stand. The stand has a digital display of pressure measurement results.

2. Functional characteristics
