This stand focuses on the installation and testing of protective grounding, neutralization, and disconnecting devices. It provides practical training in ensuring electrical safety and compliance with industry standards.
Structurally, the complex consists of an assembly table and additional sets of elements placed on the assembly field. The assembly table is assembled from a steel profile with an integrated worktable to pand a pull-out box for storing work tools. Above the work surface there is a built-in electrical power supply module of the stand and a frame made of aluminum profile with a perforated mount in panel installed on it. 1.Electrical installation complex. The replaceable panel allows you to mount the test devices in the electrical panel, to connect the electrical load with a cable channel. It is possible to check single-phase and three-phase devices.
2.The replaceable panel allows you to carry out the following laboratory work:
- Study of the principle and verification of a single-phase circuit breaker.
- Studying the principle and checking the three-phase automatic switch.
- Study of the principle and verification of a single-phase protective disconnection device.
- Study of the principle and verification of the three-phase protective disconnection device.
On the panel are placed: electric metal shield; 3 position switch; straight cartridge E27; cable channel; block of clamps; DIN-rail, on which are fixed: automatic switches (single-phase and three-phase); protective disconnection devices (single-phase and three-phase).
